Hi, I'm Joseph. From 2012 to 2023 I worked for the Department of Public Works in Brookline, Massachusetts, maintaining roads and gaining a first-hand understanding of how our infrastructure works. I moved to southern New Hampshire in 2021 and became licensed as a Realtor in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire that same year. In 2023 I was appointed Assistant Town Clerk, where I help residents navigate voter registration, elections, and public records. My hands-on experience with municipal systems, combined with my work on the Planning Board in Derry, NH, means I understand the regulations and neighborhoods on both sides of the state line. I'm a family man with deep roots in this community, and I'm here to guide you through every step of buying or selling your home.
